Indiana Pacers asking for Subsidies

In his March 11 column, Matthew Tully would have everyone believe that refusing to assume from the Indiana Pacers the $15 million a year cost of operating Conseco Fieldhouse is all about standing up to pro sports. To Indianapolis, this is a much bigger issue.
