Online Baking Trade Show

INDIANAPOLIS — The baking industry’s first online trade show, eBakery-Show International 2009, will move its opening date from August 1 to Wednesday, September 16, 2009.

According to Matt D’Agostino CMB this date moves the show closer to other baking industry shows in October. “In addition to all the benefits of the virtual show, the eBakery-Show will serve as a “launching” ground for new products and ideas for those shows and motivate attendees to attend and participate in those live events,” D’Agostino said. The eBakery-Show will now run until November 14, 2009.
Show Kick-off
eBakery-Show International will kick-off its opening day with six webinars scheduled between 9AM and 6PM EDT. Dubbed “Super Seminar Day,” the line up includes:
